Working together to keep each other safe during home care visits

Your wellbeing is our top concern, so we have put the following in place for when our care team are supporting you at home to give you peace of mind:

  • Any team members that display flu like symptoms will have no contact with clients
  • Our teams will keep client visits as quick and efficient as possible
  • Our team helping you with gardening will not enter your home
  • Our team that support you with personal care or clinical nursing will wash their hands upon arrival and regularly thereafter
