What is a Home Care Package?
Home Care Packages are a government subsidised program designed to help older Australians live at home independently for longer.
There are a broad range of services you can access with your Home Care Package to ensure you can live at home safely and happily, whilst both your clinical and wellbeing needs are met.
There are four different levels of funding you can be assessed for. The level of funding you receive is determined by an assessment of your individual care needs from My Aged Care, with Level 1 being basic care needs, and Level 4 catering for people with higher or more complex care needs.
