myHomecare continues to review and update our procedures to provide the highest levels of care for our clients. Our updates include:

Unaccompanied Shopping It is important that anyone over the age of 70 stays at home so to assist with shopping for essentials and groceries,  we have introduced flexible shopping options so our Care Staff can complete unassisted shopping for essentials and grocery items.  For information contact our team on 1300 20 90 20.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) We are pleased to inform you that we have managed to secure a limited supply of hand sanitiser, gloves and masks in nearly all states across the country.  Staff will continue to follow up-to-date precautionary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, staff and the community.

Supporting you in new and different ways To support our clients who choose to defer services during this time or who require extra support, we are now able to offer a range of alternative options including Tele-Support services and welfare checks.
